I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again.

Our replace pictures have arrived and although FedEx did their best to damage them again, your careful inner packaging kept them in perfect condition. I happily mounted one this morning and my office looks great! Now when I see this, not only will I be tempted need of my daughter who bought the print for me, but you folks as well. K. and D., | Thank you but! I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it.
